Connect, queue, publish — three steps.

There's no bot to set up and nothing to configure in your server — Discord's own OAuth screen handles the whole connection.

01

Pick your server and channel in Discord's consent screen

Click Connect and Discord's own authorize screen opens. Select the server and channel you want to post to. No bot joins your server — the connection uses an incoming webhook.

02

Queue announcements with the rest of your content

Write a post and send it to Discord, X, LinkedIn, and any other channel at once. Or schedule Discord-only updates. Native markdown, up to 10 attachments, 2,000 characters.

03

Posts land on schedule — connect more channels by repeating the flow

At the scheduled time, XreplyAI posts to your channel. Need another Discord channel? Repeat the connect flow. Each channel shows up independently in your calendar.

What Discord scheduling covers

Built for how Discord communities actually run.

  • No bot to install — no new member in your server's member list
  • No new role permissions — just Manage Webhooks on the channel
  • Native markdown: bold, italic, code blocks, and lists all render
  • 2,000 characters of content plus up to 10 attachments per post
  • Multiple channels per server — connect each one separately
  • v1 posts text and attachments — rich embeds are on the roadmap

  • Post to Discord and your other channels from one composer
  • Queue content ahead — days or weeks at a time
  • Every scheduled post in a single calendar view — reschedule by dragging
  • Each platform gets the right format automatically

Common questions

Do I need to install a bot on my server?

No. XreplyAI connects via Discord's own OAuth consent screen using an incoming webhook. No bot joins your server, and no new member appears in your member list.

Can I connect multiple channels on the same server?

Yes. Each channel is a separate connection — repeat the connect flow to add a second or third channel from the same server. Each connected channel counts toward your plan's channel limit.

Does it support rich embeds?

Not in the current version. XreplyAI posts plain text with native Discord markdown (bold, italic, code blocks, lists) and attachments. Discord auto-unfurls any links you include. Rich embeds are on the roadmap.

What permissions does the connection need?

You need Manage Webhooks on the channel you're connecting. Discord's consent screen walks you through picking the server and channel — you grant that permission once during setup.

How many Discord channels can I connect?

The free plan supports 3 channels total across all platforms. Paid plans support 10 channels — you can split those across Discord, X, LinkedIn, and any other platform you use.

What does it cost?

The free plan is free forever — 3 channels, 30 scheduled posts, no credit card needed. The Starter plan is $9.99/mo (billed annually) or $11.99/mo month-to-month, covering 10 channels with unlimited scheduled posts.

Your Discord server, on schedule.
