These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of XreplyAI (the "Service"), a Chrome extension that generates AI-powered tweet replies.

1. Service Description

XreplyAI is a Chrome browser extension that helps you generate context-aware replies to tweets using artificial intelligence.

• Analyzes your writing style from your existing tweets
• Generates reply suggestions using AI providers (Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude)
• Allows customization of reply preferences and structure
• Integrates with X (Twitter) for seamless experience

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate spam or mass automated replies
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Spread misinformation or harmful content
• Violate X (Twitter) Terms of Service
• Engage in commercial abuse without authorization

3. Billing and Payment

XreplyAI offers two subscription plans:

• BYOK ($10/month): Bring your own API key from Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude
• Full ($49/month): API costs included, no key needed

Note: You are responsible for API costs when using the BYOK plan.

4. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You are responsible for reviewing content before posting
• The Service may contain bugs during beta testing
• Features may change without notice

5. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• API costs incurred through third-party AI providers
• Actions taken by X (Twitter) in response to your use
• Loss of data or business opportunities

6. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the extension or contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
