This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies XreplyAI (Red Green Solutions LLC) sets when you visit xreplyai.com or use the dashboard, what each one does, and how to change your choice. It is part of our Privacy Policy.
The short version: the site needs a few cookies to work. Everything else, analytics and advertising, waits for your choice in the EU, EEA, and UK, and can be turned off anywhere from the footer.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let a site remember you between pages and visits. We also use similar technologies, such as browser local storage, which we treat the same way in this policy.
2. The Cookies We Use

Always on. These cannot be switched off because the site does not work without them.

Analytics

Loads only after you sign in to the dashboard, as part of providing the Service. The marketing-site banner does not control it; the "Your Privacy Choices" opt-out turns it off.

Advertising

Advertising and Clarity tags are not loaded at all until consent is given where consent is required, rather than loaded and told to stay quiet. Withdrawing consent stops further tracking and revokes consent with the vendor where the vendor supports it.
3. Two Consent Regimes
We decide which banner you see from the country your request comes from:
- EU, EEA, and UK (opt-in): Nothing non-essential loads until you choose. The banner offers Accept all, Reject all, and Customize, with analytics and advertising as separate choices.
- Everywhere else (opt-out): Analytics and advertising tags load, and the "Do Not Share My Personal Information" control lets you turn advertising off.
If we cannot tell where you are, we treat you as being in the EU and ask first.
4. How to Change Your Choice
- The footer link. "Your Privacy Choices" at the bottom of every page reopens your preferences. Withdrawing is as easy as granting.
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out from advertising cookies automatically, with no banner needed.
- Your browser. Every browser lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will sign you out and may stop parts of the site from working.
5. How We Record Your Choice
Each time you grant, deny, or withdraw consent we store a record of the choice, the policy version you saw, your country, and a truncated IP address, keyed to a random identifier in your browser rather than your account. We keep these records for 3 years so we can show that consent was properly obtained. They are never used for anything else.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when we add or remove a cookie or a vendor. When the change affects a choice you already made, the banner asks again.
